Ending Rewards

- Added game ending animations with various differences depending on the score achieved. This should hopefully keep the game interesting to encourage players to play again and try for a higher score
- Replaced the 3D UI elements with 2D ones in the same chalk style
- Replaced all the 3D models in the opening scene with self made ones
